RESEARCH
green DnA has a strong interest and has been involved in projects supporting humanitarian, development and environmental research in collaboration with academic institutions and non-governmental organisations. We have developed in-depth understanding of impacts of climate change on people, and humanitarian, development and conflict scenarios, and vice versa, impacts of developmental and humanitarian projects on the environment. We are also interested in understanding impacts of architecture and the built environment on people and their surrounding natural environment.

green DnA excels in project management, desktop and field-based research, interviews, focus group discussions, data collection and analysis, creating and launching on-line surveys, outreach and social media engagement activities, maintaining databases, and report writing. We extensively use quantitative, qualitative, visual and digital ethnography methodologies, and support and promote participatory research methods. We are experts in developing visual research methodologies and data visualisation through narratives, illustration, graphics and photography to better understand influences, impacts and interventions.
